You have corrected the paint. It looks perfect. What you cannot see is the film of polishing oils, silicones and residue sitting on top of it, and if you apply a coating over that, the coating bonds to the residue instead of to your clear coat.
That is why coatings fail early. Not the coating, the prep.
Finest Wipe removes it. It thoroughly degreases the surface and strips out polishing paste residue, silicones and oils, so the coating bonds to your paint rather than to a layer of polish.
Where it differs from an ordinary panel wipe. A harsh degreaser takes the panel down to a bare, streaky finish, and that is a surface that fights you. The coating grabs, drags and goes on unevenly, and you spend the rest of the panel chasing high spots. Finest Wipe degreases just as thoroughly, then evaporates evenly and leaves no streaks and no patchy dry spots behind, so the coating spreads and levels the way it is meant to. It also shows you the truth. This is why it is called an inspection liquid. Polishing oils temporarily fill and mask fine defects, so paint that looks corrected often is not. Wiping the panel down reveals what is actually there, and gives you the chance to fix it before you seal it in for years.

Conditions. Do not apply to hot surfaces. Work on cool panels, out of direct sun.
Apply. After all polishing stages. Wipe the panel down thoroughly with a clean microfibre. Purple Blaze is the right cloth for this: closed pile, so it does not shed or redeposit.
Inspect. Under good light, at multiple angles, before proceeding.
Proceed. Coat immediately after the final wipe, avoiding recontamination.
