For the inside of the windscreen, and for prep. Alcohol-based, streak-free, leaves nothing behind.

Glass Cleaner is heavily alcoholised, which gives it two specific jobs.

Interior glass. The film that builds up on the inside of your windscreen is largely off-gassing from warm plastics and it is greasy, which is why most glass cleaners just smear it around. This cuts the grease and evaporates fast without leaving streaks.

Degreasing before a coating. If you are applying Vista or Umbrella, the glass has to be completely bare. Any wax, sealant, old rain repellent or grease left behind stops the coating bonding. Glass Cleaner strips it and flashes off cleanly, leaving nothing behind for the coating to fight.

No streaks and quick evaporation are the two things that actually matter in a glass cleaner, and this does both.

  • Cuts the greasy film on the inside of the windscreen
  • Evaporates fast, no streaks
  • The correct degreaser before a glass coating
  • Leaves no residue — which is exactly the point
  • 500 ml, 1 litre and 5 litres

Glass Cleaner or Superior Glass? Glass Cleaner is for interior glass, and for degreasing exterior glass before a coating goes on. It leaves nothing behind, which is exactly what you want in both cases. Superior Glass is for exterior glass on a finished car: it cleans and leaves a hydrophobic layer that beads rain for weeks.

Do not use Superior Glass before applying a glass coating. The hydrophobic layer is the opposite of what a coating needs to bond to.
