Coating a flat bonnet is easy. Coating a five-spoke alloy with a deep concave face, or a bumper full of vents and creases, is where most people give up and leave gaps.
Applicator Pads are small, soft microfibre applicators designed for exactly that. Complex rim patterns, embossed trim, badge surrounds, tight corners, and anywhere your hand needs to get into a shape.
They are extremely gentle, so they are safe on any protected surface. Coated wheels, coated paint, delicate trim.
A thin internal sponge means they do not soak up more product than a full-size applicator, so working with something small does not cost you extra coating.
Not only for coatings either. They suit dressings and other protective products, anywhere you want controlled, even application rather than a wipe.

Applicator Pads or Cube? Applicator Pads are for the fiddly bits: wheels, intricate rim designs, trim and embossed surfaces. Cube is for flat panels: bonnets, doors, roofs, wings.
Prime. A few drops directly onto the microfibre face.
Apply. Work in small sections, following the shape of the surface.
Change. Swap to a fresh pad as soon as one starts to gum.
Applicator Pads are your detail applicator for wheels, trim, intricate surfaces and anywhere a Cube cannot make even contact. Gravity on a complex rim design is a job that either gets done properly or gets done with visible gaps, and the applicator decides which.
The thin internal sponge keeps absorption low, so working in small increments does not increase your product cost per wheel.
Very high softness, safe on coated and previously protected surfaces, so you can use them on maintenance work as well as fresh applications. They also suit dressings and other protective products where you want controlled, even coverage.
The pack size is the point. Ten applicators means your technician changes the pad when it starts to gum rather than pushing on with a contaminated one, which is where uneven coverage and high spots come from. Applicators are the cheapest thing in a coating job and the easiest place to compromise the result.
