Aurora is the most versatile coating in ULTRACOAT's InteliGraph series, and it does the work of three products. Treat your paint, your wheels and your exterior trim, and you get the same slick, glossy, water-shedding finish across the whole car.
The graphene platelets leave the surface exceptionally smooth, and that smoothness is what gives Aurora both its depth of gloss and its water behaviour. Rain beads and rolls straight off. Road film and brake dust struggle to grip, so your weekly wash takes half the effort and the car holds that just-detailed look for longer.
Apply it the way that suits you. Pour it onto the applicator like a traditional coating, or fit the spray head and mist it onto the applicator or straight onto the panel and spread. Either way it goes on outdoors on the driveway, anywhere from 10 °C to 30 °C, with no heated unit and no perfect conditions required.
It is one of the most beginner-friendly coatings in the range, and the natural first choice if you want paint, wheels and trim done in one go.
Use it on bare paint as standalone protection, or over a compatible existing coating to bring the gloss and beading back.

Solid for nine months, but not a three-year coating
Intelligent polymers. The coating adapts to changing conditions rather than simply enduring them, and repairs micro-damage within its own layer, so it keeps its properties for longer.
In the box. 30 ml covers one medium car across paint, wheels and trim, and includes the spray head, a standard applicator, instructions and a sticker. 100 ml covers up to six medium cars and comes with the CUBE applicator.

Application Guide
Prepare. Clean, decontaminate and degrease every surface before application.
Apply. Shake well. Thin, even layer in small sections, crosshatch pattern. Pour onto the applicator, or fit the spray head and apply to the applicator or directly to the panel.
Level. Dwell 30 seconds, remove the excess with a clean microfibre, then buff with the dry side.
Conditions. Apply between 10 °C and 30 °C. Never on hot surfaces or in direct sunlight.
Safety. Wear a protective mask and gloves throughout application.
Cure. The car can be driven after 4 to 5 hours. Full cure takes 24 hours, and the coating must not come into contact with water during that time. No washing for 7 days.
Aurora takes out the two things that limit a mobile or outdoor booking: controlled conditions and long cure windows. It applies reliably outside in appropriate weather, anywhere from 10 °C to 30 °C across a wide humidity range, and the vehicle goes back to the customer the same day.
Six medium cars from a 100 ml bottle, treating paint, wheels and trim on each. That is your cost per job, and it is the reason Aurora works as a volume entry-tier offer rather than a one-off upsell. On paint alone you will get more, since the range figure is 15 ml per medium car on paintwork.
One product covers paint, wheels and suitable exterior plastics. Fewer SKUs on the van, no product changes mid-job, and a consistent finish across every surface you treat. High SiO₂ content combined with graphene platelets gives a genuinely slick surface with strong gloss and superhydrophobic behaviour, which makes the customer's maintenance wash easier and cuts the rework you see on returning vehicles. The InteliGraph smart polymers also repair micro-damage within the layer, helping it hold its finish across the rated period.
The spray head changes your job times. Mist directly onto the panel and level with the CUBE applicator, which is quicker across large flat areas than a pour-and-spread method. On wheels and trim, go back to the applicator for control. Aurora also has a long working window: in good conditions an experienced applicator can cover an entire side of a vehicle before levelling. As always, read the surface rather than the clock, and shorten sections in heat, low humidity or moving air.
Specify Aurora as standalone protection, as a top coat over a compatible existing coating where the approved system allows it, or as the six-month maintenance booster on coatings you have already applied. It is also the coating you reach for when the weather or the site rules out a full ceramic job.

Conditions. 10 °C to 30 °C across a wide humidity range. Out of direct sunlight, never on hot surfaces.
Handover. Allow 4 to 5 hours before the vehicle returns to road use. Explain that full cure continues for 24 hours and provide the approved aftercare instructions.
Cure. Road release at 4 to 5 hours, full cure at 24 hours. No contact with water for the first 24 hours and no washing for 7 days. Make sure the customer knows both before they drive away.
