Carbon is where most people should start. Twelve months of real ceramic protection, and you can apply it outdoors without a heated unit, controlled humidity or a spotless environment. It is built from SiO₂ combined with specialised hydrocarbons, which is what gives it flexibility alongside hardness.
The finish is the part people react to. Paint takes on a glass-like clarity, and colours darken and deepen noticeably, particularly on blacks, greys and dark metallics. The surface goes properly slick, which makes drying the car faster and reduces the swirls you put in yourself with a towel.
Water and dirt struggle to hold on, so washing gets quicker and the car stays looking clean between washes. Underneath the looks you get strong UV filters that slow paint oxidation, and chemical resistance across pH 2 to 12.
It is the easiest coating in the range to apply. Spreading and buffing take no effort, and an experienced hand can coat several panels before levelling the lot with a single microfibre.

Prepare. Wash and decontaminate. Polish if the paint needs it, then degrease with Finest Wipe.
Apply. Shake well. Generous amount on the applicator, crosshatch in sections. Ideal working temperature is 18 to 22 °C.
Level. Dwell 30 seconds, remove the excess with a clean microfibre, then buff with the dry side.
Second layer. Optional, one hour after the first, for maximum gloss and slickness.
Conditions. Never on hot surfaces or in direct sunlight.
Safety. Wear a protective mask and gloves throughout application.
Cure. Leave the vehicle 24 hours for a full cure.
Storage. Use within 6 months of opening. Keep cool and out of the light to prevent premature crystallisation.

The two-layer option gives you a paid upgrade with a one-hour gap between coats. Sell the single layer as standard and the double as the premium finish, with genuinely better gloss and slickness to justify it.
