Ceramic Set pairs ONE with Hydro HD, which is how the system was designed to be used.
ONE does the protecting. A professional SiO₂ ceramic that fills the pores of the paint and bonds with it, hardening the surface so it picks up fewer micro-scratches, and carrying three years or around 25,000 miles of durability across paint, wheels, plastics and glass.
Hydro HD does the finish. A quartz top coat built on SiO₂ and fluoropolymers. It adds maximum slickness, a self-cleaning surface and a deeper gloss, raises the chemical resistance of the whole system, and makes water spots easier to remove.
Buying them separately works. Buying them together costs less and means you are not part way through a coating job realising you are short of the second component.
If you are coating your car properly and want the result to look and feel like a professional job rather than just be protected, this is the combination to buy.
One thing to expect. Hydro HD is cloudy rather than clear and can foam slightly as you spread it. Both are normal properties of the formula.

In the box. One bottle of each component, a CUBE microfibre applicator, Maintenance Cards, Ultracoat Protected stickers and instructions. Available as 2 × 30 ml and 2 × 50 ml.

Application Guide
Prepare. Wash, decontaminate, polish the paint to its best condition, then degrease with Finest Wipe.
Conditions. 18 to 22 °C, humidity 40 to 60 per cent, in a well-ventilated space out of direct sunlight.
Base coat. Shake well. Apply ONE with the CUBE applicator, crosshatch in sections of about 50 × 50 cm. Level with a soft microfibre, then buff with a clean side.
Top coat. Hydro HD goes on two hours after ONE is finished. Fresh applicator, fresh microfibres, same crosshatch in sections, then buff immediately to a perfect finish.
Cure. Leave the vehicle where it is for 24 hours.
First week. Do not wash the car with any chemicals for seven days after application.
Safety. Wear a protective mask and gloves throughout application.
Storage. Use both within 6 months of opening. Keep cool and out of the light to prevent premature crystallisation.
Ceramic Set is ONE plus Hydro HD, supplied together. Three years or around 25,000 miles of base protection across paint, wheels, plastics and glass, with the topper that delivers slickness, hydrophobicity, a self-cleaning surface and gloss.

Selling a base coating and a topper as two decisions invites the customer to decline the second one, and then judge your work on a finish that was never meant to be the finished article. Selling the system as one product removes that conversation and raises your average job value at the same time.

Aftercare to hand over. No chemical washing for the first seven days. Issue the Maintenance Card with the vehicle.
