Leather dries out. Heat through the windows, air conditioning, and every clean you give it all pull moisture and oils from the material. Left alone it goes hard, then it creases, then the creases become cracks, and at that point it is a re-trim.
Leather Cream is the step that prevents it. It nourishes and softens the leather, restoring flexibility rather than sitting on top of it as a shine.
It leaves a matte finish, which is what modern automotive leather should look like. No glossy sheen, no slippery seat, no reflections. Just leather that looks and feels like leather.
It also leaves protection behind, so dirt takes longer to work its way back into the grain and the next clean is easier. Suitable for natural and eco leather.
The consistency is creamy and it needs no buffing, and it carries a delicate coconut scent.
Thin is the word. Apply a thin layer with an applicator and remove any excess with a microfibre. More cream does not mean more conditioning, it just means residue that transfers onto your clothes.

This is where the money is on leather work. A clean is a clean. A clean followed by conditioning is a service with a visible, tactile before-and-after the customer can feel with their hand on the seat. It also gives you a defensible reason to price a leather refresh above an interior valet.

Thin layers. Over-application is the most common error and leaves residue that transfers onto clothing, which becomes a complaint. Train the thin coat and the microfibre wipe-off.
