Correct and finish in a single pass. Removes P2000 to P2500 and finishes hologram-free.
Medium Cut is designed for one-step polishing, which is the honest answer for most cars. Not every paint job needs a two-stage correction, and most people do not have a weekend to give it.
It handles swirls, light scratches and general wash marring, and it finishes down properly at the same time. On a DA machine it leaves a hologram-free finish straight off, with no second stage needed.
No fillers, silicones or waxes. So the swirls you removed are actually gone, not hidden until the coating wears off. If you are planning to apply a ceramic coating afterwards, this matters, because filler under a coating is a bonding failure.
Water-based, so no dust across the car and easy residue removal. Works best with medium-hard pads. Designed around DA machines, and fully compatible with rotary. Subtle fruity scent.
If you are correcting a normal car with normal swirls and you want one product, this is the one.
- Corrects and finishes in one stage, saving a whole pass
- Hologram-free finish on a DA
- No fillers, so the result is permanent
- No dust, easy residue removal
- 250 ml and 1 litre
Which compound do I need?
Heavy Cut removes P1200 to P1500. Deep scratches, oxidation, faded paint.
Medium Cut removes P2000 to P2500. One-step correction and finish together.
Fine Cut removes P3000. Holograms, final gloss, and prepping new paint for a coating.

Prepare. Wash, decontaminate, remove tar and adhesive. Clean and cool paint.
Prime. Shake. 4 to 5 drops on the pad.
Polish. Moderate pressure, sections of approximately 50 × 50 cm.
Remove. Wipe residue with Finest Wipe before inspection or coating.
Note. Never on matte or satin finishes.
Medium Cut is built for single-stage correction. On a DA it finishes hologram-free directly.
The commercial case is labour. A one-step that genuinely finishes is the difference between a half-day and a full day on a vehicle. Most customer cars do not need two stages, and being able to deliver a clean single-stage result at a sensible price is where the volume correction work is.
No fillers, silicones or waxes, so you can go straight from Medium Cut to Finest Wipe to a coating with confidence in the bond. That sequence is the entire prep chain for a standard coating job.
Water-based and dust-free, which removes the clean-up stage and keeps compound out of shuts and trim. Best with medium-hard foam pads. Developed for DA machines and fully compatible with rotary.
Where it sits: Medium Cut for P2000 to P2500 as a one-step. Heavy Cut for P1200 to P1500 where the defects are deeper. Fine Cut for P3000 refinement and new-paint prep.
