Most tyre dressings give you one finish and you either like it or you do not. Quartz gives you both.
Leave it on and you get a deep gloss, wet-look finish. Wipe the excess off with a microfibre after a minute and you get a clean satin finish, which is the factory look and the one that suits most modern cars.
The silica content is what separates this from a normal dressing. It gives genuinely high hydrophobicity that holds for several weeks, so rain beads off the sidewall and road grime does not bond the way it does to a greasy silicone dressing. It also means it does not sling onto your paint on the first drive.
A sprayer is included, so you can apply it to the sponge applicator or straight onto the tyre and spread. Blueberry scent.

Quartz lets you deliver either finish from the same bottle. Ask at booking, deliver at handover, no second product on the shelf.
Satin is the right default for UK bookings. Premium German cars, EVs and anything with an OEM-look brief want the factory finish, not the shine. Having gloss available for the customers who ask for it, without stocking a separate dressing, is a straightforward stock saving.

It also reduces sling onto freshly coated paint, which is a genuine problem with cheap silicone dressings on a job you have just finished.
