The last pass, and the one before a coating goes on. Removes holograms to P3000 and preps new paint.
Fine Cut does two jobs, and the second one is the one most people miss.
As the finishing stage it removes holograms, the fine buffer trails left by a rotary, and light scratches. Paired with a finishing pad it delivers the deep, wet-looking gloss that separates a properly corrected car from a polished one.
As new-paint preparation it is what you use before applying a ceramic coating to a brand new car. New paint is not perfect paint. It arrives with transport marks, dealer wash marring and orange peel, and a coating locks all of that in permanently. A light pass with Fine Cut first means you are coating paint that actually looks its best.
No fillers, silicones or waxes. Essential here more than anywhere. Any residue left behind by a filled polish is a barrier between your coating and the clear coat, and it will show up as poor bonding and short durability.
Water-based, so no dust and easy removal. Designed around DA machines, where a finishing pad gives the best result, and fully compatible with rotary. Subtle fruity scent.

Which compound do I need?
Heavy Cut removes P1200 to P1500. Deep scratches, oxidation, faded paint.
Medium Cut removes P2000 to P2500. One-step correction and finish together.
Fine Cut removes P3000. Holograms, final gloss, and prepping new paint for a coating.
Technical support available.
Prepare. Clean and cool paint, after any cutting stages.
Prime. Shake. 4 to 5 drops on the pad.
Polish. Moderate pressure until the product breaks down to a paste. Sections of approximately 50 × 50 cm.
Remove. Wipe with Finest Wipe before inspection and coating.
Note. Never on matte or satin finishes.
Fine Cut eliminates holograms, buffer trails and fine marring. With a finishing pad on a DA it delivers the gloss level customers photograph.
The new-car prep argument is worth selling harder than you probably do. Customers arriving with a factory-fresh vehicle assume the paint is perfect. It is not. Transport film marks, dealer wash swirls and PDI marring are standard, and a coating applied over them makes them permanent for years. A light Fine Cut pass before coating is a small labour addition that transforms the result and gives you something concrete to explain on the quote.
Filler-free is non-negotiable at this stage. Anything left in the paint sits between your coating and the clear coat. This is where coating durability complaints originate, and it is entirely preventable.
